“Bob Dylan and the Grateful Dead embarked on a six-city stadium tour in the summer of 1987 after releasing their album, Dylan, and the Dead. Each night began with a two-hour set by the Grateful Dead, and then Dylan joined them for another 12 or 13 tunes and the encore.”

The album and tour were panned by critics, but the fans said many of the greatest moments on the tour and album were not recognized. The photo shows what an incredible collaboration this was by two music powerhouses in Rock and Roll history.
