Dylan and The Dead

In 1987 the Grateful Dead and Bob Dylan collaborated on an album together. This photograph was taken late in the evening, and the band was trying to persuade Dylan to smile so they could all go home. You can see all the members of the Dead looking at Dylan, pleading  “Just Smile” ! This is a sepia-toned lithograph.
