Shipping Policy:

1. Expect 2-3 week delivery in the continental US.
2. Orders needed prior to the 2-3 week period will have to be confirmed with the gallery via email.
3. Shipping costs and delivery times for any orders shipped out of the continental US will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
4. Clients are responsible for all VAT taxes.
5. All orders will be insured.
6. If the art is to be framed by the gallery the delivery time is a minimum of 6-8 weeks.

Damaged Goods:

If an item arives to you damaged by shipping carrier, please let us know right away at info@artofrockandroll.com.

Returns:

If you wish to submit a return, You must let us know of your intention by emailing us at info@artofrockandroll.com within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item.

In order for the item(s) to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The item(s) were recieved  in the last 30 days
• The item(s) are in the original packaging
• The item(s) are undamaged

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

All returns are subject to:

1. No cash refunds.
2. 20% restocking fee and the balance will be in the form of in-store credit only
3. Processing time for returns is generally 14 business days from the return of the item(s).
