Rod Stewart by John Entwistle: This is an original pen, ink and marker drawing by John Entwistle one of the founding members and bass player for THE WHO. Even as a child John loved to draw caricatures of the people around him. As an adult he continued that hobby and in 1996 debuted his art in a series of exhibits that corresponded with the WHO Quadrophenia tour in America.
Throughout the 70’s Rod Stewart was famous for his outlandish costumes on stage. He was particularly fond of leopard print jackets. John loved to draw his characters with either a signature hairstyle or outfit. Here he has successfully done both. . This is a rare one of kind original. The art is framed. Perfect for the discerning fan of both Rod Stewart and The Who.
