Hidden Hills Poster by Eyvind Earle

Hidden Hills by Eyvind Earle

Eyvind Earle might be best known as the Disney Artist who was the background animator for the classics Sleeping Beauty, Lady and the Tramp, and Peter Pan to name a few. After leaving Disney he moved to Carmel, California, where he began painting the enchanting hills and ocean that surrounded his new home. He called his painting style “Designed Realism.”

Hidden Hills was a poster taken from one of Eyvind’s paintings. It captures the beauty of Carmel Valley and the oaks that dotted the hillsides there. The poster was created specifically for a handful of galleries that represented Eyvind’s art. Walnut Street Gallery was one of those fortunate galleries to be chosen. This poster is perfect for the first-time collector that loves Eyvind’s art.
