Herb Greene, photographer for the Grateful Dead from the beginning, took this photo of Jerry Garcia in the late 60’s. Herbie was close friends with the band from their beginnings as the Warlocks. Herbie’s images grace many of their album covers and in books about the Grateful Dead. A must for your favorite Dead Head’s collection!
